I am not in the habit of leaving reviews of companies but the customer service of Joe and cabin bright is so good that I had to. I had an unusual problem with one of my Cabin Bright bulbs that had been working perfectly for a few years and I emailed Joe about it for a suggestion about how to deal with it. he responded immediately and said he would take care of it. It is taken care of. Thank you Joe am a customer for Life.

I was in the process of changing all my lights in the 2007 Tiffin Phaeton motorhome and searching for reliable LED lighting. My experience with all lights from Amazon and other bulk online stores was not good. I kept getting the cheap Chinese crap that failed within a few uses. I sent a an email to Joe of Cabin Bright and he suggested that we talk over the phone. When I called, I got an education on LED lighting and the difference with LED light sources. I later made a substantial order. Joe contacted me by phone to discuss the order because he had the suspicion that I may have made a mistake in my order.....and I did. He helped me correct the mistakes and within a few days, I had a box with my lights. It took me a few weeks to have time to work on replacing those lights but when I did...WOW..!!! I am very happy with my purchase and I am quite confident that if I ever have an issue with any of these lights, Joe will take care of me.

I recently ordered received and installed 3 of the 18" X factor fluorescent light replacements and they are the bomb!!!!! I could not believe how much nicer the light was. I put 2 of them in my wife's 2002 lance camper and I think she could do surgery in there now. I really like the clear light they put out. I was really impressed with Joe when I called to ask a couple of questions about the lights and hid advice was spot on. I ordered the 4100 instead of the 5500 which is what Joe recommended and they are perfect. I just placed an order for 2 more for my motorhome. I also bought new bulbs for the taillights on my 200 F250 and the red bulbs are really cool. THANKS JOE !!!!!

I bought 3 types of led bulbs from Joe about 3 years ago. The lights worked fine at first, but 2 of the 3 types started to fail soon. He immediately replaced the first 2 failures, but when others failed over the next 2 years, I never got around to contacting him. Finally, after 3 years I left a negative review. Joe immediately contacted me & truly felt bad about my experience. He offered to replace them or refund the price. I had already replaced them, so Joe sent me a check for all of the failed bulbs. This was not what I expected when I left the review. I guess the lesson I learned is, if you buy from Joe & have a problem, he will take care of you.

Thanks Joe for the best and brightest led lights on the market! Have been using them in our fifth wheel for a couple years with zero problems. Great product!

After researching several LED light sites for RVs, I called Joe last week as I was ordering a "Sample" set of LED lights for my Arctic Fox trailer. Joe was most helpful, and he answered all my questions. In our 30 minute conversation I learned much about LED lights! He even labeled each light in it's own package with the light number and which fixture it fit in my trailer! The shipping was SUPER fast, and yesterday I installed the LED lights, and they are fantastic! Today I will order all of the other LED lights that I need to replace every incandescent bulb in my trailer. Thanks Joe !!!

I bought 20+ bulbs about 3 yrs ago from Cabin Bright, eventually having problems with about all of them. I finally posted this in a review a couple of months ago & Joe contacted me right away. He replaced all the problem bulbs without question, apparently there was a bad batch of LEDs, & so far the new ones are working perfectly, it's February but we camp during winter. Have camped last 5 weekends (ski hills) & bulbs have worked perfectly.

I had a problem with several LED bulbs going bad after nine months. Contacted Joe and he responded immediately and sent replacements out the same day. Excellent customer service.

We had the pleasure of meeting Joe at the Jacksonville RV Show on 2/12/2017 and he took the time to talk about and demonstrate his products. We ended up purchasing two G4 type bulbs for our bedroom reading lights and what a difference! We then decided to change out the Bathroom bulbs to improve the color and brightness. We ordered the set online and within three days they were here, so happy! The light output is more of a natural Daylight and much more soothing. Pictures do not do them justice. Thanks Joe.
